We pride ourselves on using 100% recycled gold and conflict-free diamonds. Each piece is hallmarked in Ireland's historic Assay Office to guarantee its quality and authenticity.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-7 business days for international orders. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order pieces may require 4-6 weeks for production.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all standard items, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved or bespoke pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Chupi piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also provide a professional cleaning and check-up service to ensure your jewelry lasts a lifetime.
Can I resize a ring after purchase?
Most of our rings can be resized within a certain range. We offer one complimentary resizing within the first 30 days of purchase for all engagement and wedding bands.
Are there any additional duties or taxes for international shipping?
For customers outside of the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
